Referral Contest

For every person you refer, you will receive an entry into a drawing for this 50 liter bottle of Pinot Noir wine. The person you refer must tell Dianne who referred them in order for you to be entered into the drawing.

The contest runs from January 11th - March 30th. Drawing takes place on 4/1/2012. Must be a current patient to enter the drawing, and over the age of 21 to receive the prize.
