Nothing like a spa day getaway

We’re all overwhelmed by holiday stress, so what better way to treat someone you care about than by organizing a spa getaway? It can be a shared or a solo experience depending on their preference. You can book a weekend in a spa center with specific treatments and give them a destressing escapade to boost their wellness and sense of calm.

A gift that keeps on giving

When you have so many options and it’s tough to choose, letting your friends make the choice can be the best option for everyone. For example, giving them a gift certificate in a specific value can empower them to invest in their wellbeing by choosing a health consultation or a supplement. Either way, you can make their Christmas gift one that lasts and one that they can choose together with you.

A journaling set for a better 2022

This one doubles as a Christmas and a New Year’s present! A well-designed or themed notebook or planner with a set of pens can kick off your loved one’s new era in the right spirit. For example, it can entice them to start their own diet journal and take better care of their wellbeing. Or it can become their safe haven for processing all the important events in their life.

online seminar education

A subscription or membership

Is your aunt an avid reader? Maybe your best friend is crazy about podcasts. Either way, you can find hundreds of service-based gifts that are merely clicks away. You can pay for an annual subscription to audiobooks, or perhaps get them a membership at a local gym – inspiring someone to lead a healthy life is always a beautiful way to celebrate Christmas.

Sustainable travel mugs are all the rage

Stainless steel, insulated travel mugs are a source of infinite joy for all those who love adventures, but also for people who appreciate a good cup of tea before work in the morning. A mug that keeps their healthy beverage fresh is a brilliant gift for this Christmas, and the best part is, you can find them anywhere!

scented burning candles

Scented candles for a bit of Zen

The health crisis and the accompanying issues we’ve all faced have taught us one crucial thing: we need to take better care of our mental health. Your gift can help someone you love create a calming space in their home. For example, scented candles are a wonderful, long-lasting option that will allow your special someone to build up their inner peace.

When you’re out of ideas and you feel as if your creativity is drained, there’s no need to stress. A simple, yet thoughtful gift is always the best answer and you’ll make your friends and relatives happy in no time. If, on the other hand, you’d like to help them start the New Year with a clean and healthy slate, you can entice them to book a consultation with a functional medicine expert and let your gift become their primary New Year’s resolution!

What our
patients
are saying

Always get clarity and understanding…

Dianne has always help me understand the complicated issues of hypothyroidism, understanding the symptoms and long term effects. She has helped with my dietary needs and overall well being. Highly recommend if you are still feeling the symptoms even if your on traditional medications.

The best part of talking with new patients…

I have worked with Dianne Hinton at Calmglow for 4 years. I receive calls from new patients every day. I think the best part of talking with new patients is that I give them the knowledge and hope in knowing that I–like all of Dianne’s staff–was her patient before her employee. I think that says a lot about Dianne as a practitioner. She is very compassionate and caring towards each individual patient.

— Cindy Toste

Diane Hinton saved my life!

After over a year of traditional doctors misdiagnosing and mistreating my illness, Diane immediately got it right. She identified the root cause of my illness, and I went from being chronically ill to healed and healthy in less than a year. Diane listens to and cares for her patients like no one I’ve ever known. I highly recommend her for diagnosing the true health issues, rather than just treating your symptoms.

My husband and I just love Calmglow …

Just what is Functional Medicine?  Simply put…. I call it getting to the “cause” of a health issue. Rashes, High Pressure, Arthritis, Obesity, Insomnia, and Fatigue are a few of the issues she’s helped us with.  But what I really like best is; she doesn’t say “here, take this pill” and it’ll “treat the symptoms”.  She treats the “cause” of those symptoms so they truly go away without requiring “pills”.  Our bodies are healing, and the we feel we’re the healthiest we’ve been in a long time! What we’ve discovered about the manner in which our bodies “had been” functioning previously, from the in depth tests she recommends, was pretty astounding. We’ve learned so much since starting to see her as our practitioner, I would never choose to go back to an Allopathic doctor!
